SIMREG Universitas Negeri Surabaya memberikan kemudahan proses registrasi bagi calon mahasiswa baru untuk jenjang Diploma (D4) dan Sarjana (S1) yang telah dinyatakan lulus seleksi tahun 2024 baik melalui SNBP (Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi), SNBT (Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes), dan SPMB (Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru) dengan mengisi data secara online.
SIMREG Surabaya State University provides an easy registration process for prospective new students for Diploma (D4) and Bachelor (S1) levels who have passed the selection year 2024 either through SNBP (National Selection Based on Achievement), SNBT (National Selection Based on Tests), and SPMB (New Student Admission Selection) by filling in data online.

Prosedur Registrasi / Registration Procedure

  1. Buka laman dengan url: http://sipenmaru.unesa.ac.id/simreg / Open the page with the url: http://sipenmaru.unesa.ac.id/simreg
  2. Login ke SIMREG UNESA / Login to SIMREG UNESA

    Gunakan No Tes sebagai Username, dan gabungan Tanggal Lahir dengan NISN (Format: YYYYMMDDNISN) sebagai Password. Jangan lupa pilih jalur test (SNBP, SNBT, SPMB) kemudian klik tombol: Login
    => Jika proses login berhasil, identitas (No Tes dan Nama) Calon Mahasiswa Baru akan ditampilkan

    Use Test No as Username, and combined Birth Date with NISN (Format: YYYYMMDDNISN) as Password. Don't forget to choose a path test (SNBP, SNBT, SPMB) then click the button: Login
    => If the login process is successful, the identity (Test No and Name) of the Prospective New Student will be displayed

  3. Mengisi Data Secara Lengkap dan Benar / Filling Data Completely and Correctly

    Melalui tautan: Registrasi | Isi Data Registrasi, kemudian isi data secara lengkap dan benar. Direkomendasikan untuk mengisi data urut sesuai urutan pada menu

    Via link: Registration | Fill in the Registration Data, then fill in the data completely and correctly. It is recommended to fill in the sequential data in the order in the menu

  4. Upload Dokumen/Berkas Pendukung / Upload Supporting Documents/Files

    Upload berkas/dokumen pendukung sesuai jenis berkas pada form upload. Pastikan dokumen pendukung telah disiapkan dalam bentuk softcopy untuk memudahkan proses upload.

    Upload supporting files/documents according to the type of file on the upload form. Make sure the supporting documents have been prepared in softcopy to facilitate the upload process.

  5. Finalisasi Data / Data Finalization

    Proses finalisasi data dilakukan setelah semua data registrasi telah tersimpan dan merupakan data yang lengkap dan benar. Jika belum, lakukan edit data sampai semua data benar. Proses finalisasi data akan mengunci data anda sehingga tidak dapat diedit lagi.

    The data finalization process is carried out after all registration data has been stored and is complete and correct data. If not, edit the data until all the data is correct. The data finalization process will lock your data so that it cannot be edited again.

  6. Cetak Bukti Registrasi / Print Proof of Registration

    Melakukan cetak dan simpan bukti-bukti Registrasi Online: Bukti Registrasi, KTMS (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa Sementera), dll.

    Print and save evidence of Online Registration: Proof of Registration, KTMS (Temporary Student Identity Card), etc.

  7. Selesai / Finished
